At the present time the production is about 100 quintal per year share as follow: 600 quintal grapes Dolcetto, 150 quintal grapes Barbera and the rest grapes Favorita and Cortese, Moscato and a small part of Brachetto.
The production per hectare is always inferior to 80 quintal/hectare.
The vintage wine like Dolcetto d'Acqui "Cresta" and "Müiette"denomination of origin controlled (d.o.c.) is produced , in the best year, in about 30.000 bottles.
The Barbera Monferrato doc " I Cheini " and " La Sbarazzina " denomination of origin controlled (d.o.c.) are produced , during the best year, around 15.000 bottles.
Other productions are:
The Monferrato Bianco doc "Barigi", 5000 bottles (Favorita 50% - Cortese 50%)
The Moscato Passito "Vin Bianc", about 1500 bottles;
The Moscato Piemonte frizzante "La Muscatela ", about 2000 bottles;
TheBrachetto d'Acqui docg "Il Virginio ", about 7000 bottles.
Grapes that aren't used for the quality wine -about 30% - are used for a pleasant wine used sold like loose table wine.
During the not lucky years for weather or climate, when rain is frequent and sometime also when hail damage grapes, it's possible that the Azienda "Bertolotto" decides to not produce in dated bottle but only table wine.
