Brachetto secco "La Tia"


Obtained from brachetto grapes grown in the vineyard "La Tia" of Cascina Gergi.

Refining lasts one year in the farm's cellars.

The colour is light ruby-red.

The flavour is intense spicy with thyme, pepper and withered rose notes.

It tastes dry developing flavours of withered ripe fruits.

Excellent with seasoned sausages: speck, ham.
The bottle is to be uncorked one hour before the meal and the wine served at 17° C.
