	Obtained from moscato bianco grapes grown in the vineyard "La Muscatela" of Cascina Bertolotto. The colour is straw-yellow. The flavour is delicate, fragrant reminiscent of Bulgarian rose. It tastes sweet, fruity with savoury end. Excellent with dessert particularly with hazel-must cake and egg-nog. The bottle is to be uncorked at the moment and the wine served from 8° C. to 10° C..
