Dolcetto d'Acqui D.O.C. "La Muiette"


Brachetto d'Acqui Obtained from dolcetto grapes coming from the vineyard "La Muiette" of Cascina Bertolotto.

Refining lasts one year inside the farm's cellars.

The colour is deep ruby-red.

The flavour is typical winy agreeably reminiscent of violets.

It tastes dry with final light almond notes.

This wine accompanies wonderfully the whole meal.

Its properties are enhanced if bottle is uncorked one hour before the meal and served at 18° C.
 
for all occasions...
