Dolcetto d'Acqui D.O.C. "La Cresta"


Brachetto d'Acqui Obtained from dolcetto grapes coming from the vineyard "La Cresta" of Cascina Gergi.

Refining lasts six months in the farm's cellars.

The colour is deep ruby red.

The flavour is typical winy reminiscent of a delicate bouquet of flowers. It tastes fresh and fruity.

This wine accompanies the whole meal, hors-d'oeuvre included.

Its properties are enhanced if bottle is uncorked one hour before meal-time and served at 18° C.
 
for all occasions...
