Barbera del Monferrato D.O.C. "I Cheini"

Obtained from barbera grapes coming
from the vineyard "I Cheini" of Cascina
Bertolotto.
Refining lasts two years in oak casks in
the farm's cellars.
The colour is deep ruby-read with violet
reverberations.
The flavour is agreeably winy, intense
with delicate spices fragrance.
It tastes full-bodied, savoury and well-
balanced.
This wine is excellent with game, roast-
beef and seasoned cheese.
Its properties are enhanced if bottle is
uncorked two hours before the meal and
served at 20° C. |
